My Personal Weight Loss Story

As many of you are aware, we originally started a "formal" program for weight loss in the Fall of 2010.  It was well researched and contained all the common elements.  Eat whole, healthy food, eliminate sugar and all fast food.  We monitored your exercise, modified it where needed, met at my office weekly for weigh-ins and to discuss how things were going, you took your supplements, and even did a few body wraps for good measure.  Ultimately for a loss of TWO pounds a week. (if you didn't fall off the food wagon)  Now, if you had to lose 60+ lbs, that's 30 weeks at that rate.  That will test anyone's resolve!

Yes many lost steadily and slowly but I found it became more and more difficult to keep them motivated.  Difficult even to keep myself motivated.  Many started eating much more healthy and deliberately, but never saw a change in their waist line.  Therefore, the plan was scraped.

There was one program that I originally researched that caught my attention based on the rapid results it was getting.  I was stubborn at first, but then I started having patients going through it from other physicians or online groups and raving about it.  My reading began in earnest 18 months ago.  I just couldn't bring myself to implement it because it was so different from what we always hear, and what I was taught about weight in school.

The protocol was originally from Dr. A.T. Simeons some 60 years ago.  His work has recently re-surfaced to become one of the fastest growing SUCCESSFUL weight loss programs worldwide.  As with any health related idea, I began to study Dr. Simeons' work and determined that I would first, try this hCG diet before subjecting my patients to it's rigid protocol.  All I can say is WOW.  My weight si lower than I can remeber it being in a long time.  I look thinner than my wedding photos over 12 years ago.  My energy levels are high, my sleep is consistently refreshing, and I just feel better about myself.

Though I entered the world of hCG for it's weight loss benefits only, what has become more important are the vast number of benefits gained from taking hCG.  Because fat is inflammatory and immuno-suppressive, not only are the patients losing weight, they are knocking down inflammation in their bodies, thus improving thier overall health and that of their immune system.

Daily Average = 0.86 pound a day. 

Average for first 7 days = 1.2 pounds a day lost

Avg. for first 20 days = 0.75 pound lost daily

Avg for 2nd 20 days = 0.73 pound lost daily

Need new pants and belts and only one chin now in pictures. 8 ^ )
